Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for any problems with the products you purchase accured after or during installation, coloring, wearing, maintenance, removal or any kind of use whatsoever!

All Sales are Final - No Refunds or Exchanges - No Exceptions

Orders can be canceled at customer's request for a full refund ONLY on the same day of the order. Orders cannot be canceled at any other production time. We will not issue refunds for any refused order shipments. If the order could not be delivered by UPS and sent back to us due to the customer's "unavailability to sign on the UPS delivery attempts" the order will be reshipped to the customer at customer's expense.

The Quality of our Russian Hair is the best money can buy, but please understand our reasons for the strict "return policy": We do not work with regular stock items that are commonly sold online, our products are custom hand made from very expensive
